When I Place My Order Do I have To Pay In Full Up Front?
We only require a 50% deposit of the total order price. The other 50% must be paid before your order can be shipped. You do have the option to pay in full if that is easier for you.

I am Missing a Few Items / I received More Items Than I ordered. What gives?
Sometimes an item may be misprinted or damaged in production. We will call you before shipping to let you know if there was an error and we will deduct our mistake from your bill. You will not be charged for our mistakes. If you get more than you should have, Stop Complaining! You just got free shirts!
Can I Get Free Screens Setup?
We offer Free Screens and Free Setups for orders of over 100 pieces per design.
May I Choose Different Sizes, Items, and Colors In The Same Order?
Sure. You can do all sorts of different colors and sizes with your order as long as the printed ink color stays the same. You can also mix different items as long as the print size is the same. If you decide to change the color of the ink, there will be an Ink Change Fee of $10 per ink color changed. Customer is only allowed one ink change per 25 items sold.
Do You Have Other Brands and Items That Are Not Listed on Your Price Chart?
We can get just about anything you need. If you do not see the item you want on the price chart, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a quote.

Not all shirts will be sewn exactly the same; these dimensions are to be used for reference as a “safe” zone to avoid printing on any seams or edges.
Youth Small: 13” W x 13” H
Youth Medium: 13” W x 16” H
Youth Large: 14” W x 19” H
Unisex Extra Small: 12” W x 19” H
Unisex Small – 5XL: Oversized Printing will fit most brands.

Keep in mind that the print size stays the same on all shirts. Art size does not change with the shirt size.

Our average turn around time is 7 to 10 business days (Mon-Fri) plus any shipping time.
Files Type and Size
10MB and under send to email@example.com. For files over 10MB you may upload files to www.DropBox.com to firstname.lastname@example.org. All files must be 300 dpi or more. Preferred file types are .PSD, .EPS, .PDF & .AI. If your submitting Adobe Illustrator files, please make sure all text is converted to outlines.
